  • Complete bathrooms – at least 2 bathrooms, excluding the master, with separat tub and shower.

  • Other functional rooms:

–      keep up with your work in your very own professional office

–      enjoy hours of indoor fun in the den/media room or entertainment room

–      entertain guests in the family and living room, which could be either combined or separated

–      prepare scrumptious meals in the a fully-furnished kitchen complete with ovens, dishwashers and other appliances

–      savor prepared dishes in the dining room, breakfast bar and eat-in kitchen, either combined or separated

–      organize your extra stuff in storage rooms

–      easy washing in the laundry area that comes with clothes washer and dryer

These homes have diverse interiors and exteriors; however the popular choices are concrete block stucco and hardwood. The ceilings are usually nine feet or higher. The flooring is either tiled or wooden, but mostly carpeted all throughout the house except for some rooms, depending on the personal preference of the owner.

Amenities like central heat, air conditioning, vacuum system, waste disposal, security measures, emergency generator and garden maintenance, especially sprinklers, are already included.
